Sessions can easily be conducted online by video chat using Zoom.us or Telephone.

These sessions are carried out from the comfort of your own home, eliminating the need for travel time, and providing a relaxing and familiar setting from which to conduct the session.

I use a blend of therapies combining and drawing from Hypnotherapy, Thought Field Therapy, Cognitive Psychology, Mindfulness, NLP, and Cognitive Behavioural approaches.
