Hypnotherapy's Limitless Potential

Hypnotherapy utilised the power of the subconscious mind to promote desired change.

"The more I learn, the less I know."

This is one of my favourite film quotes, it's from the soundtrack of the film Yentl, starring Barbara Streisand.

I think this quote applies beautifully to my new Blog which will attempt to share some of the benefits, uses and applications of Hypnotherapy. Our minds are amazing, and the more I learn about how our minds work, in a hypnotherapeutic and a psychological context, the more I realise that what we know, is really just the tip of the iceberg. As I combine hypnotherapy with other therapies such as the Meridian Energy Tapping therapies of Thought Field Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques, I realise that our physiology and our minds are much more closely connected than we often appreciate. How we feel and what we think is not just an invisible and insignificant side effect of our environment, but the fire that fuels how we approach every aspect of every moment of our very existence. I will attempt to use this blog to share examples, sometimes straight forward, sometimes unusual, unexpected and unpredictable, of the power of our minds.
